1. Who this notice covers
This website presents the work and services of Julia Grace, based in Naples, Florida. “We” and “our” refer to the website’s operator, whose full legal identity and contact details remain to be confirmed for public launch. This notice covers the Julia Grace website’s own features; it does not replace OpenAI’s notices for ChatGPT sign-in and hosting.
2. Information used by this draft
Information you type. Inquiry forms may contain your name, email, brand or organization, location, time zone, preferred timing, project category, budget and message. These fields stay in the page’s memory unless you choose to save or download a draft. The site’s own code does not transmit form entries to Julia Grace, a production team, an email provider or a customer database.
Saved drafts. Selecting “Save inquiry draft” stores the chosen form in this browser’s local storage and enables draft remembering. A draft can be restored on this device. Use sample information for this private review; do not enter payment details, government identifiers, health information or confidential third-party material.
Preferences. Cookie Settings can store your choice about remembering inquiry drafts, together with a preference version and update time. This is separate from the inquiry text.
Hosting and sign-in. Visiting the site makes requests to its hosting infrastructure. OpenAI and its service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, request times and authentication information. Their handling, retention and controls are described in their own notices. This website does not ask for or receive your ChatGPT password through its forms.
3. Purposes and sharing
The website’s local features use your entries to let you prepare, save, restore and download an inquiry. Your preference is used to respect your choice about saved drafts. Platform services provide hosting, authentication and security.
The site’s own implementation contains no analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, newsletter integration or payment processor. It does not sell inquiry data, disclose it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or send drafts to the brands named in the portfolio. These statements describe this website’s code, not all processing performed by the hosting or sign-in platform.
If you independently email or share a downloaded copy, that transfer is governed by the service you choose and the recipient’s handling. The website does not send it for you.
4. Storage, retention and security
Unsaved entries are held in the current page’s memory and are ordinarily lost when the page is closed or reloaded; your browser may separately retain autofill or session information. Saved inquiry drafts and privacy preferences have no automatic expiration in this implementation. They remain until you delete them, clear site data, or your browser removes them.
Local drafts are not encrypted by this site. Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to view them. Downloaded copies remain on your device until you remove them; clearing site storage does not delete downloads. We cannot retrieve or remotely delete a device-local draft. Platform records have separate retention rules described by the relevant provider.
5. Your choices and privacy requests
You can review, edit or download a saved draft on the Contact page. “Clear saved draft” removes the currently selected inquiry type. Cookie Settings provides a control to delete all three saved inquiry types on this browser. Turning off draft remembering also deletes those saved drafts. Clearing the privacy preference restores the site’s initial behavior; it does not change your ChatGPT account settings.
Depending on your location, the applicable law and the processing involved, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, opt out of specified sharing, or complain to a regulator. This draft does not claim that every listed right applies in every jurisdiction. A monitored business privacy contact must be added before public launch; the draft inquiry form is not a delivery channel for legal or privacy requests.
For information held by OpenAI in connection with your account or the platform, use the contact and rights-request options in OpenAI’s Privacy Policy. The site’s own code does not engage in advertising or data-sale activity for a Global Privacy Control signal to disable. It does not change the platform’s privacy choices.
6. Children and international access
The website’s business inquiry experiences are intended for adults aged 18 or older. References to youth empowerment do not invite children to submit personal information. A parent, guardian or authorized adult should handle any inquiry involving a minor without entering unnecessary information about the child.
Julia Grace is based in the United States. Local drafts remain in your browser; platform services may process technical or account information in other countries under their own applicable terms and notices. Before any live form collection is introduced, the privacy notice must identify the actual recipients, retention practices and any applicable international transfer arrangements.
7. Changes and contact details
Changes to the site’s data practices will be reflected in an updated notice. Adding live forms, booking, payments, analytics or third-party embeds requires a review of this notice and any needed visitor choices before those features are enabled.
