1. Private strategic consultation
The advertised Vision Session is a private, two-hour strategic consultation with Julia Grace at a stated fee of US $2,000. It is intended for adults seeking creative or business direction. Applications are subject to fit, availability and written acceptance.
Before payment, the booking confirmation must state the session format, date, time zone, scope, any preparation or follow-up included, the total payable including any applicable taxes, and the cancellation, rescheduling, refund and no-show terms. No additional deliverable or follow-up work is included unless expressly agreed.
2. Creative production
Runway presentations, luxury events, photography, video, casting and creative direction are individually scoped and priced. A call request is not a quotation or confirmed engagement.
A written proposal or agreement should specify the contracting parties, scope, team responsibilities, dates and location, fees and payment milestones, third-party costs, revisions, delivery schedule, approvals, cancellation or postponement arrangements, and any permits, insurance or releases required for that project. Scope changes require written agreement on any resulting price or schedule changes.
3. Booking and payment
This draft has no checkout and does not collect card or payment details. Saving an inquiry is not acceptance, a booking or a payment authorization. Do not put payment details in a form. A confirmed engagement requires a separately agreed arrangement with the identified service provider.
4. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, refund and no-show terms must be disclosed and agreed before a booking is confirmed or money is accepted. This draft does not establish a nonrefundable deposit, cancellation charge or “all sales final” policy.
Any service agreement must preserve mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund or other consumer rights that apply. Production arrangements should separately address committed third-party costs, weather, venue changes and circumstances outside the parties’ control.
5. Creative rights, confidentiality and releases
Ownership and licensing of photography, video, designs, concepts, raw files and final deliverables must be stated in the signed production agreement. Commissioning work does not by itself define the scope of a usage license. Model, performer, venue, music and other third-party permissions may be required.
An inquiry form does not create a confidentiality agreement. Do not include trade secrets or sensitive personal information. Any confidentiality commitments, permissions to use work in a portfolio, or restrictions on publication must be agreed in writing.
6. Outcomes and professional advice
Consultation and creative production support decision-making and execution; they do not guarantee revenue, publicity, investment performance, sponsorship, casting placement or other commercial outcomes. Clients remain responsible for their decisions and for obtaining regulated professional advice where needed.
These service terms are a draft framework for the private website. A final agreement tailored to the engagement should be reviewed before accepting bookings or payments.
